<p>Incorporated in 1992, Sungai Harmoni Sdn. Bhd. (“SHSB”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taliworks Corporation Berhad. SHSB is the Operation and Maintenance (“O&M”) operator of Sungai Selangor Water Treatment Plant Phase 1 (“SSP1”) with a combined design operating capacity of 950 million litres per day that supplies potable water to various areas in Kuala Lumpur Utara, Petaling Jaya Utara, Klang, Kuala Selangor, and Hulu Selangor. </p> <p>In 2019, SHSB entered into a Bulk Water Supply Agreement (“BWSA”) with Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn. Bhd. until 2036. As a condition to operate the SSP1, SHSB was awarded an Individual License from Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (“SPAN”) under Section 9 of the Water Services Industry Act 2006.</p>
